Frequently asked questions
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your registered email. Firebase will send a reset link. If you signed in with Google, use your Google account recovery options.
Can I use the app without an account?
Yes. Guest mode lets you explore workouts and features without providing an email. Some features may be limited until you create an account.
Where is my data stored?
Most workout, nutrition, and profile data is stored locally on your device. Account sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account and data?

Is ForgenFit medical advice?
No. ForgenFit provides general fitness and nutrition information only. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new program. See our Terms of Service for the full health disclaimer.
How does the AI Coach work?
The AI Coach is optional. You may add your own Google Gemini API key in app settings. Prompts are sent to Google's API under your key and their terms. We do not host your API key on our servers.
